Kelly is passionate about real estate and excited to share her talents and intimate knowledge of the local area with others by helping homeowners and investors. Kelly comes from a family of architects, builders, developers, and brokers; and this has provided her a lifetime of knowledge and experience. For the past 13 years, Kelly has called Baltimore home after moving to attend the Maryland Institute College of Art and receiving a Bachelors of Fine Arts. Kelly became captivated with Baltimore’s architecture and life in the city, enjoying living in Bolton Hill, Charles Village, Waverly, Old Goucher, and Charles North.
She recognizes that each real estate transaction is unique. Her vast knowledge of the real estate market, and her dedication to fully understanding each client’s wishes and goals, strengthens her ability to succeed in locating properties that closely match each client’s specific aspirations. Kelly truly understands the time, skills, and dedication required to buy or sell a property.
After being inspired by local investors, her personal search resulted in her purchase of a multifamily home in Station North, Baltimore. With this positive experience and purchase of a personal residence and investment, Kelly wishes to inspire others to consider the value of investing in real estate. Kelly is also a certified yoga and acroyoga teacher who has taught classes all over the country. She also enjoys rock climbing, weightlifting, hiking, and camping in her free time.
