The story
Ben Garner is a Maryland native and University of Maryland graduate who was encouraged into real estate by family. He founded GARNER+CO in 2018 and has built it into one of the most productive teams in the region.
The team partners with Cummings & Co. Realtors and PLACE, combining local knowledge of Baltimore City and the surrounding counties with a national platform for marketing, technology, and training.
What has not changed since 2018: every client gets straight answers, real numbers, and a team that answers the phone.
